Requirements:

  • Egzekwowanie strategii i inicjatyw w ramach Material Group Management firmy Mann+Hummel
  • Zarządzanie procesem RFQ oraz prognozą kosztów w projektach związanych z produkcją seryjną oraz prototypową
  • Inicjowanie i zarządzanie procesem re-sourcingu, znajdowaniu alternatywnych dostawców (dual sourcing)
  • Negocjowanie i uzgadnianie cen zakupowych oraz kontraktów
  • Zarządzanie kontraktem z dostawcami podczas jego trwania oraz czasem życia części (Part life time)
  • Zarządzanie eskalacjami w porozumieniu z Lead Buyer’em
  • Utrzymywanie poprawnych danych w systemie JDE oraz eCONN dotyczących indeksów oraz dostawców zapewniających prawidłowe działania procesów zakupowych
  • Wspieranie wyników związanych z Jakością Dostawców
  • Nadzór i realizacja wskaźników wspierających Przedsiębiorstwo
  • Zapewnienie odpowiedniego poziomu satysfakcji klientów zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych

Responsibilities:

  • wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ekonomiczne lub techniczne)
  • doświadczenie w obszarze Zakupów lub Logistyki
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami
  • kompetencje w zakresie prowadzenia negocjacji zakupowych w środowisku międzynarodowym
  • podstawowa znajomość przepisów prawa w zakresie zawierania kontraktów
  • bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, w szczególności Microsoft Excel
  • mile wdziana znajomość rynków commodity (np. stal, papier, chemia, przetwórstwo)
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • umiejętności w zakresie budowania pozytywnych relacji z dostawcami i współpracownikami

CONSENT TO PERSONALDATA PROCESSING

I hereby give my consent for my personal data to be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process to be followed by the Administrator, the activities of whichare intended to employ me at the company of the Administrator, and during any potential further employment stage (hereinafter the Purposes).

The Administrator and recipient of my personal data will be MANN+HUMMEL FT Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. with its registered office in Gostyń (63-800), at ul Wrocławska 145 (hereinafter the Administrator).

This consent includes the processing of the following personal data: first name, last name, date of birth, passport or identity-card number, PESEL number, telephone number, and possibly vehicle number for the purposes of the issuing of an entry card after employing [optional].

This personal data shall be processed by the Administrator in the period necessary for carrying out the ongoing recruitment process, and for the purposes of any potential future recruitment processes for a similar position at the Administrator’s company for a period of up to 1 year from the time of my providing my personal data; in the event of my being employed at the Administrator’s company, this data shall be stored for the period of my employment, or another period as legally required.

This consent is provided freely, and I declare that I have been informed of my rights, i.e. the right to review the data, its correction, or the deletion or limitation of its processing, as well as the right to object to data processing, the right to data transfer, and the right to make a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. The President of the Office for Personal-Data Protection, or other appropriate body.

In the event of the employment of only a public-administration body, to which the Administrator shall transfer employee data in accordance with the law, the receivers of the personal data may be also any potential employment-related service providers [e.g. in private healthcare, group insurance] or the providers of other services offered on behalf of the Administrator, or with its involvement, provided that I express my will to benefit from such services in any form. I give consent for my personal data to be processed by the Administrator or the above-mentioned service providers in respect of the above-mentioned provisions.

In addition, I understand that providing the Administrator with the personal data specified above is free, and shall not constitute a legal obligation; however, failure to provide the data shall result in the barring of my application’s being considered. My data shall not be subject to automated decision-making.

I am aware that this consent may be revoked by me at any time with a written statement, and the withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing which was made on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal
